One room bet. $ 180 and $ 500, two room bet. $ 290 and $ 600 ,three room bet, $ 400 and $ 1000, four room bet. $ 600 and $ 1200.
Generally a deposit (month’s rent) and another month is paid in advance. Also a contract is signed. In most cases, propietors accept warrants from the students’ original state. After the student is located, his well being is sought and mediation is also offered.
